Game of Ancient Egyptian Life

During our consolidation week I decided to visit the British Museum to see with my own two eyes the beauty of Ancient Egyptian statues and hieroglyphics. I managed to take around 200 photos, here's a handful of them: Here's me standing next to Ramesses II's statue! Should I have felt more intimidated?     As soon as I got home I made sure to look through the pictures again and I picked a handful of them to sketch so I can have a better understanding of the overall aesthetic that the ancient artists were trying to transmit through their work.  

What are some of the most popular landmarks found in Egypt? The pyramids of course! Anything else? Yes, the Nile! This 6,650 km long river was extremely important in Egypt's history and here's why! Overview of important dates in the history of Ancient Egypt Looking at this time chart has given me a better understanding of the events that have happened in Ancient Egypt and other parts of the world at the same time.
